The GTS transportation team provides the disciplines necessary for a successful highway project – from two-lane roads to multiple-lane interstate highways. Our staff is experienced in a wide variety of highway/roadway rehabilitation projects, including major sections of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, toll roads, grade separations and intersections, urban arterials, as well as city streets and rural roadways. Activities include conceptual and preliminary design; engineering analysis; detailed design and construction drawings; and specifications and contract documents. Our transportation engineering staff is supported by in-house specialists in field surveying, geology, soils, hydrology/hydraulics, environmental sciences, specifications, cost estimating and construction services.

As transportation projects may dictate, GTS’ in-house soils and concrete testing facility and inspection capabilities support our projects with a full complement of services.
