The project consists of the reconstruction, relocation, and widening of Coal Street from its intersection with S.R. 0309 (Business Route 309) to Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, a distance of 4,200 feet; and the extension of Coal Street to Pennsylvania Avenue and East Union Street, a distance of approximately 800 feet. Total disturbed area = 24.79 Acres. GTS provided concept post-construction stormwater management BMP design, E&S control and permit coordination.
