and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a experienced applicants
in the following full-time positions:
Project Geotechnical Engineer
Experienced Project Geotechnical Engineer to work out of our Harrisburg office. A B.S.
degree in civil/geotechnical engineering is required with an M.S. preferred. Must have
current PE license in PA. Experience with PennDOT projects is preferred. Some field
work/travel required. Knowledge of geotechnical computer applications for slope stability,
settlement, bearing capacity, pile analysis, etc. is required, as is knowledge of PennDOT
geotechnical report preparation. Project management and development, oversight and reporting;
client liaison; and project team coordination required, along with strong oral and written
communication skills.
Staff Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training
Staff Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training to work out of our Harrisburg office. A B.S. degree
in civil/geotechnical engineering is required with an M.S. preferred. Experience in PennDOT
drilling inspection (Level I or II certified) preferred, as is current EIT certification.
Experience in construction inspection services a plus (NICET/ACI). Field work/travel required.
Knowledge of geotechnical computer applications for slope stability, settlement, bearing
capacity, pile analysis, etc. is helpful, as is knowledge of PennDOT geotechnical report
preparation. Project development, oversight and reporting; client liaison; and project team
coordination required, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
Civil/Municipal/Water
Resources Engineer
Experienced registered P.E. with public and private sector
municipal/civil/water resources engineering design and review
experience; including drainage design; detention, conveyance, retention
(PCSM/BMPs); E&SPC, plans and approvals; NPDES; 105/404
permits; floodplains and levees analysis/design. Project development,
management and reporting; client liaison; and project team coordination
required. Experience in water, wastewater, and land development design
a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
Transportation
Engineer
Mid-level transportation engineer to assist in growing the firm's
transportation design and engineering group. Qualifications include a
minimum 4 to 6 years experience with PennDOT projects, PE,
structural/highway design, project management and multiple
client/District coordination experience. Responsibilities include
preparing bridge/highway design components, assisting with preparing
proposals, coordination with GTS and client staff, design, review and
oversight, performing QA/QC on transportation projects, and
participating with the design team on decisions related to the
transportation projects.
Geotechnical
Engineering Technician
Experienced geotechnical engineering technician to work out of our
Harrisburg office. A B.S. degree in civil/geotechnical engineering or
geology is preferred. Experience in PennDOT drilling inspection (Level
I or II certified) preferred. Experience in construction inspection

Experienced geotechnical/ waste management/environmental specialist to
work out of our Harrisburg office. A B.S. degree in civil/geotechnical
engineering, environmental engineering, or geology is required.
Professional registration (P.E./P.G.) preferred. Position requires both
field and office work. Knowledge of current regulations and industry
standards required; prior experience with PennDOT projects a plus.
Project development, oversight, and reporting; client liaison; and
project team coordination required. Strong oral and written
communication skills are required.
Civil/Municipal/Water
Resources Engineer

Soil/Water
Resource Engineering Technician
As part of a project team of environmental specialists, biologists, and
engineers, you will be involved in the preparation of NPDES and joint
permit applications, and mitigation designs. The successful candidate
will possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent related course
work, experience in highway drainage design, H&H analyses, and
E&S control plans. Experience in preparing wetland mitigation
water budgets, stormwater analysis, BMP designs, and natural channel
design a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS,
HEC-HMS, and Powerpoint.
